Anxiety, and other mental health issues, can leave us feeling pretty low. We get stuck in ruts and can't climb out of them. Anxiety can stop us enjoying life, but there are also ways we can cope with it and try to turn our lives around.
Tomorrow marks my third week in Taiwan, and wow has it flown by! It feels like I've been here for months already.
